Acceptance
These Terms describe use of the Toddy Games website and the Puzzle and Numbers apps. Parents and guardians should review them before allowing a child to use an app and should manage any purchases or external links.
The service
Puzzle provides mobile puzzle and matching activities. Numbers provides counting and number activities. The website introduces these apps and products in development; a separate browser version of Puzzle is available from the play page. A preview does not guarantee a release date or a final feature set.
The games are not a substitute for parent supervision, education advice, medical advice, or professional developmental assessment.
Use by children
Puzzle and Numbers are designed for children to use with adult supervision. Parents and guardians decide whether an app is appropriate for a child and manage device, store and purchase settings. Parent controls do not replace supervision.
Purchases and stores
Where an app offers an in-app purchase, review its current product description and store price before buying. The store shown in the app handles payment, account settings and refund requests under its own terms. The website does not take payments or grant purchased access.
Where Restore Purchases is offered, it checks eligible purchases through the store account. Availability depends on the purchase and platform. These website Terms do not replace the applicable app-store licence agreement or remove statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute assets except as allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or store platform rules.
Intellectual property
The app, website, artwork, audio, text, design, and other materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app and website as intended.
Availability and changes
The website, app, features, content, and pricing may change over time. Some features may be unavailable, delayed, or removed.
Your rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Purchase-related rights and requests are also subject to the applicable store terms and consumer law.
