What this policy covers

This policy covers the Toddy Games website and mobile app. Toddy Games: Puzzle is a mobile collection of simple puzzle, matching, spotting, and color activities for early learners.

The website is informational. It does not currently provide game play, accounts, contact forms, email signup, or payments.

Information handled by the app

The app stores game progress, audio settings, selected game state, and purchase entitlement status on the device so the experience can continue between sessions.

The current repository does not show account creation, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, push notifications, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or cloud sync.

Purchases

Toddy Games: Puzzle may offer an unlock-all in-app purchase. Purchases, payment details, refunds, and store account information are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by this website.

The app may store whether the unlock-all pack has been purchased or restored so the unlocked games stay available on the device.

Children

Toddy Games: Puzzle is intended to be used by children with a parent or guardian. The app does not ask children to create an account or intentionally submit personal information in the current implementation.

Parents and guardians should review store platform settings, purchase controls, and device permissions before allowing a child to use the app.

Website hosting and technical data

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect the service.

If Google Analytics is configured, the Google tag may load with consent mode defaults that deny analytics and advertising storage until consent is accepted. If advertising measurement is configured, Meta Pixel loads only after consent is accepted.

If Sentry is configured, browser error diagnostics, masked session replay data, performance traces such as page load and navigation timing, and aggregate application metrics such as page performance and selected CTA interactions may be processed to help identify and fix website problems. Replay is configured to mask text and inputs and block media.

The website does not currently provide accounts, contact forms, email signup, or direct payments.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by store platforms, device operating systems, and hosting providers as needed to provide the app, purchases, and website.

Local app data stays on the device until it is reset in the app where available, cleared by the operating system, or removed when the app is deleted.
