What this policy covers

This policy covers the Toddy Games website, Toddy Games: Puzzle and Toddy Games: Numbers. The website also previews products in development; a product preview is not a playable game or a statement that the app is available to download.

The website introduces our games and provides a browser-play destination and an optional parent feedback form hosted by Jotform. It does not provide Toddy Games accounts, email signup, or direct payments.

Information handled by Puzzle

The app stores game progress, audio settings, selected game state, and purchase entitlement status on the device so the experience can continue between sessions.

Puzzle does not require a Toddy Games account to play. Its local game progress and preferences are separate from the website analytics described below.

Information handled by Numbers

Numbers does not require a Toddy Games account to play. Game activity, audio preferences and the current purchase-access state are handled within the app.

On iOS, Numbers checks purchase products, transactions and entitlements with Apple to determine which activities are unlocked and to restore eligible purchases. Apple handles the payment and store account; the website does not receive payment-card details.

Purchases

Where an app offers an in-app purchase, the store shown in that app processes the purchase. Payment details, store account information and refund requests are handled through that store. App transaction and entitlement information is used to provide or restore purchased access.

Puzzle stores purchased-access status on the device. Clearing local progress does not cancel a store purchase or delete a store transaction record.

Children

Puzzle and Numbers are intended for children to use with a parent or guardian. They do not ask children to create a Toddy Games account. The website is a destination for parents and guardians, with product previews and access to a separate browser version of Puzzle.

An adult should handle purchases, external links and any support message. A parent gate limits access to adult controls; it is not consent to collect personal information.

Parents and guardians should review store platform settings, purchase controls, and device permissions before allowing a child to use the app.

Website hosting and technical data

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect the service.

If Google Analytics is configured, the Google tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied until you accept. The tag can communicate with Google in this denied state; declining is not a promise that no requests leave your browser. Accepting enables analytics and advertising consent signals. If Meta Pixel is configured, it loads only after acceptance to measure website visits and advertising performance.

If Sentry is configured, browser error diagnostics, masked session replay data, performance traces such as page load and navigation timing, and aggregate application metrics such as page performance, annotated website link and button actions, FAQ toggles and controlled video playback may be processed to help identify and fix website problems. Replay is configured to mask text and inputs and block media.

The website provides an optional parent feedback form hosted by Jotform. It does not currently provide accounts, email signup, or direct payments.

Sentry diagnostics are configured independently of the analytics consent banner. Declining Google and Meta measurement does not disable Sentry when it is configured.

Website storage and choices

The homepage feedback invitation stores a dismissal flag for the current tab session under toddy-feedback-prompt-dismissed. This flag contains no visitor identifier. The website stores your Accept or Decline choice in this browser’s local storage under toddy-tracking-consent. This preference has no automatic expiry in the website code and remains until browser site data is cleared.

To change an existing choice, clear cookies and site data for www.toddygames.com in your browser, reload the site and select Decline or Accept when the banner appears. Clearing browser data does not erase information already processed by a provider or change settings inside a mobile app.

Parent feedback

Parents and guardians can share feedback through a form hosted by Jotform. We use the answers to understand experiences with Toddy Games: Puzzle and improve the app. If you choose follow-up, we also process the adult email address you provide to respond about your feedback. Please do not include children’s names, photos or other identifying information.

The embedded form loads automatically and connects to Jotform when you open the feedback page. Opening the direct form link also connects to Jotform. Jotform processes the answers, any email you provide, and technical information under its own privacy policy. Loading the form is separate from accepting website analytics.

Website action metrics cover page-level actions such as opening the direct form link. We do not send survey answers, email addresses, free text, submission identifiers or codes to website analytics or session replay. The embedded form is excluded from website replay capture. A form load or link click is not treated as a completed response.

Feedback retention depends on the form account’s settings and service terms. Use the privacy contact below to ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion of information you provided.

Support messages and privacy requests

If you email us, your email address and the information you choose to include are processed to respond to your message, provide support or handle your privacy request. Email is handled through our email provider, Google’s Gmail service.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to raise a concern about a child’s information. We may need information sufficient to verify the request. Applicable law may affect the rights available and the records we must retain.

Sharing and retention

Store platforms process purchases, hosting providers deliver the website, and configured measurement or diagnostics providers process the information described above. Their services have their own privacy terms and controls. Website advertising measurement is separate from app purchases and gameplay.

Puzzle progress can be reset from its parent controls. Other local app information is subject to operating-system storage, backup and deletion controls. Deleting an app or resetting progress does not delete store purchase records or information already sent to a service provider.

Retention differs between local app data, store transaction records, support correspondence, parent feedback and website provider data. Provider-held information is subject to the relevant service’s retention settings and terms. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion of information associated with your enquiry; clearing browser or app data does not send such a request.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Their processing is governed by the applicable service arrangements and privacy terms.
